Identifying Characteristics
A small species with a red-brown abdomen. Around Sydney, frequently seen on Lambertia formosa.
Distinctive Features
The female has a small pale mark in the middle of the lower face and is one of very few species with a mark like this. The male has dull pale areas on the face, which distinguish it from other species where the pale areas are glossy.
